Basically the EDMS is intended to computerizing the majority of the paper management processes. This project is expected to provide a very secured and automated way of processing various documents on the business process as we called workflow. Any unauthorized access to document is not possible and important documents like confidential orders have feature of inserting digital signature of the signatory after biometric authentication of the user. There is very well defined role wise access structure also present in this project.
