Client Description One of the SPV of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited carrying on the project of development, operation and maintenance of Railway Tracks from Angul to Sukinda situated at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The Company is a joint venture between Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, Jindal Steel & Power Limited and Bhushan Steel Limited and has an authorized capital of Rs. 420 crore.
Role & Responsibilities

- Obtained Legal Opinions
- Filed necessary MCA forms

Client Bharuch Dahej Railway Company Limited
Client Description Railway project of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited for development, operation and maintenance of Railway Tracks from Bharuch to Dahej in Gujarat is undertaken by this SPV, which is having an Authorised Capital of Rs.95 Crore. 
Role & Responsibilities

- Conducted the procedure for Loan borrowing from Bank.

Client Haridaspur Paradip Railway Company Limited
Client Description SPV of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited carrying on the main objective of development, operation and maintenance of Railway Tracks from Haridaspur to Paradip situated at Orissa. Having an Authorised capital of Rs. 275 crore, the company is a Joint Venture. The Company has its registered office at Bhubaneswar.

Client Description The Company has an Authorised Capital of Rs.270 crore and has its Registered Office at Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It is mainly involved in development, operation and maintenance of Railway Tracks from Obulavarippalle to Krishnapatnam at Andhra Pradesh.
