Worked at Genpact (Gurgaon) through Wipro InfoTech as Senior Systems Engineer.

Our team is responsible for all kind of Deployment related with  Microsoft Technology which includes AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Server.  Apart from this team is also responsible to provide level 2 & level 3  support and co-ordination with Microsoft. The network of Genpact  consists of approx. 110 Servers (AD and Exchange) and 50 thousands+  users across the globe. We are maintaining all the Sites remotely from  here using Symantec PCAnywhere & Terminal Services.

- Active Directory Domain Design: Window 2003. 
Our active directory domain environment consists of approx. 55000 users across the Globe. 
a) Window 2003 OS.
b) Seven domains within a forest (One Root Domain & six Child Domains).
c) Twenty two Sites (10 are in India & 12 are Outside India).
d) Forty DC across the globe.
e) Designed backup plan for AD.

- DNS and DHCP Configuration. 
DNS plays major role in Domain environment. We had designed DNS  structure for each site. We are using Active Directory Integrated DNS.

Worked at Genpact (Gurgaon) through CMS Computes LTD as Senior Customer Engineer.

Administration of Windows 2000 Domain Controllers, Exchange 2000  Servers, Database Servers, File Server, FTP Server and other application  Servers. The key job responsibilities include:

- Creating and managing user accounts 
- Creation & migration of user mailboxes
- User Management and User rights assignments.
- Taking care of backup of Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers and  Database Servers. The backup is taken through BrightStor Arc Serve..

As the Shift In  charge I along with my peers did planning of manpower and daily plan for  execution of customer requests and requirement and meeting deadlines of  assigned projects, with quality. In the scope of planning and execution  of new software’s.
- MIGRATION: Headed a team of 4 engineers for the movement of all the  processes from one building to other as to vacate the building. This  included the movement of data, systems, user ID's mailboxes, etc  end-to-end settlement of the processes for the production.
- Implementation of Dial VPN to over 500 laptop users. Dial VPN  encapsulates the technology of dialing up to a VPN. Nortel Networks is  providing the VPN infrastructure for GECIS.
