Responsibility during MPHS project:
Track The Intermediate Data-
1. Maintain the QC Reports of intermediate data.
2. Submit the QC reports to Respective TC (town coordinator).
Receive the Data from Data Entry Operators:
1. Take the backup of data and export in to the server.
2. Check the data by SQL query and cross check it with hard copies randomly.
3. Maintain the daily backup of server and keep it secure in more than two systems and external hard disk.
4. Hand over the final data to Mr. Umesh Babu NV (E-governance Project Manager).
Keep the formats in safe and secure place till handover to Crimson Logic Com. Ltd.
Keep maintain the Record book of Town.
Ensure that status on site is updated regularly.
Maintain the file of “Survey completing Certificate by chairman of Municipality“.

Maintain the versions of software. (And software required for MPHS)
Building the team for Data Centre to operate the computer for data entry and train them extensively on Data Consistency, Data Security and Data Validation.
Project execution planning in co-ordination with the Project Manager & responsible for daily production targets.
Features of project:-
Developing the digital database of citizen information including their biometric and photographs.
Collection of biometric scan, photographs & other vital records of the citizens through on-line camp.
It was the first time when Bio-metric was created first time anywhere in the Country.
Extracurricular activities:-
Attend the meeting with chairman and Executive officer of Municipality to discuss about the project to run it properly and get the support of the people.
