EXPERIENCE Have been serving McLeod Russel (India) Ltd since 1st of January 2002. McLeod Russel has been a growing tea industry in India since 1869 and it is considered to be the largest tea producer in the world. It manages 48 tea estates in Assam valley, 6 tea estates in West Bengal (WB), 4 in Vietnam and 6 in Uganda. McLeod Russel has number of internationally recognized accreditation and certification including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point). ETHICAL TEA PARTERSHIP & RAIN FOREST ALLIANCE . Made Tea annually. Mijicajan Tea Estate, McLeod Russel (India) Ltd 2006 - 2009 Factory Manager - Moved on transfer to Mijicajan T.E. in February the year 2006 with the task of re-innovating the factory with a project costing worth 75,00,000 INR and producing 22 Lac Kgs. Made Tea annually. Tezpore & Gogra Tea Estate, McLeod Russel (India) Ltd 2002 - 2006 Management Trainee & Factory Manager - Joined the group and Estate as management Trainee on 1st January’02 and worked as management trainee in field as well as factory. I was appointed as Factory Manager at the end of training tenure. ( In general case it needs at least 6 yrs. of training in field.) The factory used to produce 12 Lac Kgs. Made Tea annually.
