- Maintaining DPR, DDR, MIS, and Documentation for all project activities.
- Co-Coordinating for all Permissions (MCD, SACFA, EB Liasioning, Pollution) etc.
- Proficient in Management of overall site administration including review meetings with clients for all civil/electrical/logistics & warehousing/permitting jobs and planning from acquisition to RFI/RFS/On Air.
- Carried out Acceptance Test (PAT and FAT) and Quality Assurance up to customer satisfaction level of different installations and maintaining site folders.
- Practicing Quality Standards, identifying areas of quality failures with key emphasis on improving quality by taking necessary action to rectify the system.
- Cluster Engineers and Vendors monitoring for daily site activities.
- All vendors work allocation and management to get work done within timeframe.
- Shelter, DG, AC and other infra materials planning and resourcing.
- Making of all type (BTS, DG, Shelter, Electrical) MRN along with logistic and warehouse operations to avoid any shortcomings of materials.
- Monitoring all activities to be cover up in our scope of work (SOW).
- Responsible for Invoicing, PO, cost & planning (CP) analysis, work completion and resource allocation.
- Invoicing certification with client and our financial for all activities as per PO line item wise to get the milestones (before AT – 80 %) and full payment (after AT – 20 %) well in time.
- Sending request to the client for necessary amendments in PO for doing extra work.
- Coordination with client Motorola’ Commercial, Projects and Technical Teams for effective rollouts as per project timelines.
- Responsible for all day to day interactions with our Engineers, customers and vendors for the smooth execution of project activities.
- Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization resource mobilization and manpower deployment.
- Planning with customers with all validations and acceptance test for handover to network operation with complete documentation.
- Basic Knowledge of Auto CAD.

From Aug-2006 to Feb-2007: -
- Worked with 7 Months Experience As A Site Engineer in Khatter Gulati Associates.
