- Ensure their effectiveness before selection to Company consulting with GENERAL MANAGER (HRD) 
- Total responsibility to arrange interview,
- Recruiting right people based on rules and regulations of the Organization. Ensuring proper
 Induction of newcomers.
- Consultation and guidance from MD, making Offer letter, Appointment letter, Rejoining letter, Resignation letter and Confirmation letter.
- Liaisons to many consultancy firm for new recruitment
- Recruitments to discharge from the company, all required papers made by me.
- Checking Attendances schedule for all employees, and Leave counting,
- Under my supervision, the form C and form X are duly filled up by the candidate and submit to Accounts Department.
- Opening bank a/c or salary account of all new employees and provide them the a/c number.
- Every month Making salary slip and send them to various sites like as Howrah, Baroda, Chennai, Gujarat, Hyderabad ,Bhatinda, Mumbai, Delhi and so on.
