 One is our Own Company and Two tie-up companies.

o Arrangement of Packing materials (like New and Second-hand glass bottles, Pet bottls, Caps, Labels, Cartons, Mono Cartons, Gum, Gumtapes, Chemicals & etc.,) for daily production and monthly requirements.
o Keep all the packing materials properly counting & lots.
o Quality and Quantity cheking of all Packing materials. 
o Inventry Control of Packing materials.
o Preparation of daily receipts, issues and stock statement.
o Preparation of Debit Note for any defective materials supplied by parties.
o Preparation of Monthly stock registers, ledgers and Auditor reports. 
o Preapration of monthly consumption and scraps statement of packing materials.
o Preparation of Monthly statement of Packing materials, Raw materials, Production and Finished goods details for Bank purpose.

o Received quatations from several parties, compare the rate, terms & conditions of packing materials and placed Purchase orders.
o Follow-up the Packing materials supplies from parties.
o Proper File keeping and records maintenance.
[b]- SCRAPS MATERIALS [/b]:
o Scraps (like Broken bottles, damaged caps, cartons & etc.,) sold.
o Preparation of Miscellaneous Invoices.
[b]- GENERAL STORES [/b]:
o Arrangement of General stores materials (like Machineries spares, Electrical items, Building materials & etc.,) for Factory’s maintenance.
o Received quatations from several parties, compare the rate, terms & conditions of General stores materials and placed Purchase orders.
o Preparation of Materials Inward Note (MIN), Materials Issued Slip (MIS) and Proper File keeping and records maintenance.
o Maintenance of A, B & C class categary wise stock maintenance.
o Maintenance of Materials Tag & Bin Cards.
o Inventry Control of General Stores materials.
o Maintenance of Stocks and Proper records of Reused materials.

o Arrangement and Purchase of Printing materials and Stationeries materials, maintenace of all records properly.
