- Detail drawing study with P&ID, Specification, codes, standards and method of work execution.
- Maintenance of Rolling Machines, power sources, generators, Rectifiers, Hydraulic systems, Gantry.
- Supervise and monitor the site labour force through supervisors, and monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per Schedules.
- Fabrication and erection of piping, structures of equipments as per drawings.
- Carryout all inspection works after taking relevant safety permits from the client and follow Organization HSE policies.
 Responsibilities as Production Engg
- Inspection of selection and requestation of materials for use in the construction /maintenance to check whether the materials are as specified.
- Inspection of materials with test certificate to ensure that the heat no, lot no, batch no.
- Inspection Rolling Shells using Master template.
- Inspection of Overlaps, Mismatch MS pipes and local passivity of weld joints. 
- Inspection of weld defect like Blowholes, Porosity, cracks in SAW, SMAW used during pipe manufacturing.
- Planning and offering the various inspection activities to clients and submit the monthly QMS report to the higher authorities and department.
- Inspection of Cutting plates, Bending of Shells, fit-up, stage inspection of root and final pass L.P Examination of welding.
- Laying site inspection of pipe fit-up, welding, out coating, in lining and back filling
And trench depth and width.
- Conducting Welder Qualification as per ASME Sec IX.
- Conducting & witnessing Pneumatic, Hydro testing of various piping and pipelines.
- Responsible for Production output with quality and reach the monthly targets.
- Maintaining the all records as per ASME Sec IX.
- Observing of safety precautions wear helmets, shoes every employee in plant.
