 1. Ensure Network Monitoring for GSM alarms,front end rectification 
 and escalation.
 2. Co-ordination with the field engineers and the ZEPHYR team for 
 fault rectification and also ZEPHYR management.
 3. Ensuring Daily health checkup for all the network elements.
 4. Co-ordination, fetching and circulation of network reports.
 5. Macro building for small configuration and alarm analysis
 6. Resolving issues like check Looping & shunting.
 7. Monitor the daily health checkup, Alarm monitoring & Daily report 
 Preparation.
 8. Backup, Record keeping of sites and Documentation.
