Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing Managed Security Services to client (MasterCard) Worldwide.
- To use SIEM tool RSA enVision for collecting logs from 6000+ log sources and up to 27 platforms for the clients to be PCI-DSS compliant. .
- To create reports for audit purpose as well as ad-hoc reports for client requirements. Dashboard reports are also generated for real time monitoring..
- Troubleshooting of log collection interruption in different kind of platforms such as UNIX, Windows, ISS, Mainframes, Checkpoint, CiscoPix, DHCP ,Ca-acx,etc.
[b]- Threat Detection and Vulnerability Assessment [/b]:.IDS/IPS,Firewall,WAF
- Proactive monitoring, alerting and reporting with the trend analysis of the
 Logs from all the MasterCard’s network devices across the globe. 
- To find vulnerabilities in the client network using vulnerability management tools like McAfee Foundstone and to provide a solution for the found ones.
[b]- Incident Management and Service Request Handling [/b]:
- Real time monitoring of incidents through ticketing systems of J-track and BMC Remedy.
- Generation of SLA reports and performance reports through the portal for daily operations.
- Handling service request within SLA raised by client for various reasons such as adhoc reports, correlation rule creation/deletion/modification, managing watchlists/whitlists etc.
- To create the customized dashboards reports for real time monitoring through the portal.
