- Tariff rates will be given by UK team. Standard format of A to Z destination are maintained by UK and India team. Rates are updated by us and provided the same. 
- Analyzing the rates of particular country with the other telecom companies around the global from their website compared with the lycamobile rates and after least call rates have taken. 
- Checking and activating sim card of all Lycamobile countries. 
- All the required details provided by the customer on purchase of sim card have been checked and further proceed for the activation if the given details are correct.
- Day today coordination with web support team for various issues raised by customer.
