The company manufactures ERW Pipes as per the different Indian and International standards. It manufacture pipe for Housing, Industrial structural, well casing, Gas pipe line and other requirements. KEY RESULTS AREAS
Taking care of all concern activities in terms of Operation & Coordination for customer survey & Coordination for order fulfillment & execution.
- Analysis of Stock statement on daily basis.
- Monitoring Dispatches of ordered material from plant to Warehouses/Customer 
- And to ensure updating the same into the ERP system.
- Prepare the report on Invoice versus Delivery and send it to the respective departments.
- To ensure that order placed is processed efficiently and goods delivered within schedule to avoid L.D.
- Providing Shipment details to the End Customers.
- Keeping track about Daily Order Booking/Collection Status/Pending Order Status etc. in all the branches across India.
- Co-ordination with all the branches to get the Booking status as well as expected Orders.
 Monitoring Customer Complaints and ensuring timely redressal.
- Managing overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
- Dealing with the order conformation checking and also the commercial terms & sorting out the problems as per the client’s concerns

- Get the freight quotation by transporter quarterly.
- After freight quotation, maintaining the freight chart and approval by H.O.D.
- Maintaining the Party order and filing day to day.
