- Fabrication and erection of various types of piping and its support based on piping layout , drawing suit to condition , including required modification for piping work and piping supports 
- Fully conversant and familiar with industrial practices and respective engineering standards such as ASME SEC IX , ANSI B31.3 ,31.4,31.8 , API 650, API 653 etc.
- Preparation of Piping spool from piping isometrics and piping plans based on actual field measurement 
- Erection of pipes of various diameters as per the isometric drawing and with Plant Layout
 Drawings
- Checking the Elevation of the Lines.
- Getting Erection Clearance and welding clearance from the Quality control to carry out the
 welding.
- Testing the joints with procedure of DPT Test and X – ray Test and action to be taken for 
 repaired joints.
- Allotment of work force and material supply as per the requirement 
- Installation of Thermo couple in the Pipe lines .
- Erection of valves in the Line like Gate Valve , Globe valve , Non return valve and regulating 
 globe valve.
- Cleaning the pipes with Alkali flushing

- Erection of carbon steel , Alloy steel , Stainless Steel of various diameters, and checking the
 Lines with P & I diagram.
- Erection of pipes for steam line , water line and oil line. Pipe lines are erected as per isometric
 drawing and checked with Plant Layout drawing , Column references.
- Very well conversant with isometric drawings.
- Supports are given to the Pipe Lines like hanger supports , ground support (grouting )as per
 requirement.
- Having experience in entire control of Erection and welding activities at site.
- Allotment of Man force as per requirement of the job .
- Monitoring the work with safety.
- Weekly report will be prepared and give it to site in charge and next week planning will be
 discussed .
- Giving more attention in hazardous areas.
