Worked as a Counsellor at Doyen Consultant from Dec 2006 to 2008 Feb.

[b]Job Description [/b]:
1. Counselling prospective students for education in UK, Canada, NZ, Singapore, Australia.
 2. Regular follow ups and interaction with prospective students. 
3. Reports submission. 
4. Business Development - telecalling, seminars, presentations, handling enquiries etc.
5) Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and counseled well from start to finish (i.e. the whole cycle from intake, profile assessment, university short-listing, editing to visa counseling and pre-departure). 
6) Communicate with clients (students) via phone, email, chat and other modes in a professional manner.
 7) Guide clients with regards to the financial aspect of university applications i.e. the different sources of funding, scholarships, bank loans etc and also provide visa counseling once they receive acceptance.
8) Proactively source other resources such as university web-sites for added information.
9) Have face-to-face interactions with clients at the head office whenever necessary.[/QUOTE]
