- Prepare the Cash Book for monthly receipts & payments. 
- Maintain the cash book in Proper way for internal audit purposes and responding to audit inquiries
- Responsible for all Cash receipts and payments and month closing Accounts
- Prepare the cash payment vouchers with source documents.
- Checking the Source documents and to find out the any over expenditure has incurred in the course of regular business and to control it.
- Prepare the monthly budgets
- Analyze the revenue and expenditure trends and advise appropriate budget levels and make certain of the expenditure control.
- Put together and check budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies by reconciling accounts regularly.
- To find out the differences between monthly cash book and bank book and correcting them.
- Banking operations (Cash Drawings, Deposits and collecting the bank statements).
- Distributes the Salaries to Employees in the form of Cash and Cheques.
- Looking after Store Ledger and other reports & Finalization of Stocks Statements.
- Any other duties pertaining to accounting as assigned.

- B.COM from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

- Completed Complete Business Accountant (CBA) course from IIJT (Indian Institute of Job Oriented Training) which is Collaboration with CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY of London International Examinations.
