The proposed system address the above cited Philemon by simply utilizing the IR counting and tracking scanners installed at the entry and exit points of all the student gathering places such as libraries, auditoriums, class rooms and recreation centers, the IR scanner takes count of all the number of students present at each of the venues round the work hours of the institution. All the IR scanners are interconnected to the central monitoring system which displays the exact number of students present at each location indicating at student density and moving patters. This kind of statistical of information is very essential for evolving and deriving at principles to drive students to spend time at class rooms and at libraries which helps enhance their participation in class room activities.
