    Strong conceptual knowledge on programming skills
    Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    Strong comm. skills and presentation skills
    Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming(OOPs) concepts
    Hands on experience in the .NET Based enterprise application development using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server(2005 OR 2008)
    Hands on experience in the AJAX based ASP.NET Web application development
    Technical document writing for developed modules
[B]Secondary (Optional) [/B]:
    Experience in unit testing and code analysis
    Experience Knowledge in Windows Workflows Foundation(WWF), Windows Communication Foundation(WCF) and LINQ is desirable
