Sir, I am a postgraduate in A.A. Economics and I have done my PGDBM from IMIS, Bhubaneswar. I have been a good ranker throughout my academic career. I have understood that the real value of any professional degree lies in its successful application in practical field.
I started my career as Sales Development manager with HDFC Standard Life stationed at Sambalpur. My job profiles included recruitment of financial advisers and monitoring their progress to boost sales. At HDFC I was much rewarded for my steady performance. At MAGMA I was the team leader in Personal Loan division and supervised the performance of Executives.
My present position at BISWA , Sambalpur as Branch Manager involves promotion of SHGs and making them equipped with all social benefits to foster their independent livelihood and social security. My job also involves monitoring branch operation and supervising the Community Organisers and Area Managers working at the base level.
Sir, I have heard all the good things, and I am deeply motivated by its missionary firm stance to come out as a leader in providing social and economic security . I certainly want to be a qualitative addition to your team.

SUMMER TRAINING
Undergone an 8 week summer training programme at INDIAN BANK, Bhubaneswar. The project was ‘Credit Appraisal of Indian Bank’. During this period I was dealing with various loan schemes and updated myself about the current procedures of loan appraisal.
DISSERTATION
My dissertation was entitled “Comparative Study on Primary Market and Secondary Market”. During my study I interacted with persons involved in securities market to obtain practical and accurate information surrounding the area. I further visited various securities firms to broaden my research.
