Accounts Executive-Accounts & Finance
 Reporting to-Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Accounts Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Accounting Receivable and Accounting Payables  functions: Reconciliation, Confirmations, Follow ups, Debit Note and  Credit Notes and Accounting entries.
- Control of receiving & issuance of all type of sales tax form.
- Control of Price increase & price reduction of Raw Material to vendors as well as to customer. 
- Accountable for daily expenses, reimbursement of expenses, salary matters etc.
- Day to Day handling of cash, petty cash Transactions, maintaining and distribution of cash etc.
- Assisting to prepare periodical financial statements, preparing schedules etc.
- Assisting for coordinating audits-Statutory, Internal and Tax audit works.
- Preparation of monthly MIS-Daily operating Profit and Loss accounts, Weekly Sales Reports etc.
- Accountable for Banks Reconciliations.
- Control of trial balance i.e. ledger scrutiny, provisions, reconciliations etc on monthly basis.

Direct and Indirect Taxation:

- Accountable for TDS and FBT calculations, computations and returns related works.
- Preparation of monthly MIS for taxation related works.
- Day to day service tax modvat claims, deposit of service tax and returns related works.
- Reconciliation work – Accounts vs. Excise Records.
