- Finalisation of statutory books of accounts viz., journal, ledger,  cash/bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy  norms.
- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the  company by preparing financial statement viz., P&L Account and  Balance Sheet 
- Supervision of day to day accounting functions of the company.
- Heading accounting division, Responsible for preparation and finalization of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all accounting activities related to the company.
- Capable of handling Multi-locational accounts.
Audit Management
- Handling Various Audits like Internal audit, statutory audit, Lender audit, Due-diligences & solving audit queries.
- Ensuring maintenance of proper records as per the requirements for  audit and finalisation of accounts within time bound schedules
- Coordinating with auditors for conducting various process audits to ensure proper controls are in place
[B]Taxation & Others [/B]:-
- Look after statutory requirements like E-TDS, FBT, AIR.
- Coordinate with Tax consultant of company for filling IT return, Wealth Tax return, & reply to notice of department.
- Monitoring fund position on regular basis to ensure proper and  effective utilisation of available resources to maximise returns.
