- Taxation & Statutory Compliances: Supervision of compliances, Filling TDS return & issuing TDS certificate on timely basis ,Filing Service tax return & Deposit of tax on time, Filing VAT return & Deposit of tax on time , Advance tax , Roc work etc.
- Stores Control: Performing physical verification every month, valuation of closing stock and ensure MRN are prepared on daily basis and find out pending purchase bills lylng at stores.
- Monthly P&L account: Preparing monthly profit & loss account every month ensuring monthly reconciliation of Vat, PF ,ESI , branches etc . Involved in finalization of account monthly & annually. Reconciliation of suppliers’ A/c & Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables. Bank Reconciliation
- Branch Accounting: Supervising and controlling of all branches at HO.
