Started career with one of fast growing and leading Iron ore based ‘Pellet plant’ of india Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) ., siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The company produces around 0.6 million tones per annum of pellets.
I Joined the company as an “trainee chemiest” in Quality control department (Q.C.), period-since October 2009 to till date.
[b]Job Profile in G.P.I.L.  [/b]:-
[b]Physical analysis  [/b]:- To collect all sample from Iron ore yard and limestone – bentonite yard, (collect ball mill, filtration and pellets sample). Its different different sieves size analysis in mm or microns and loi, goi, wet analysis, tumble index, c.c.s., drop, g.c.s., (Ldo density). 
 
[b]Chemical analysis  [/b]:- After physical analysis all collect sample ( Iron ore lumps, fines, Filter cake, green ball, limestone, bentonite and pellets ) to prepare chemical analysis first collect grinding sample for Vibro coupling machine (VCB) for chemical analysis. 
Fe, Feo, Sio2, Al2o3, Cao, Mgo, Cao/Sio2, Basicity, Porosity, Carbon, Sulphur, Phos. 
[b]Dispatch section  [/b]:-
Operate hydraulic motor control panel and solenoid control panel to dispatch pellet material for Sponge Iron Department and maintain daily production report.
