- Payment of Advance Tax, Tds & Self asst. tax .
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS reports.
- Provisions amd accounting for Current Tax and Deferred Tax on quarterly and annual basis.
- Attend quarterly Limited Review (audit).
- Attend Statutory Audit.
- Attend Tax Audit.
- Attend Internal Audit.
- Draft Income tax and Wealth tax returns of the company.
- Attend assessment hearings before Assessing Officers.
- Organize internal Tax meetings .
- Track legal amendments, notifications and circulars.
- Review implications of Tax amendments and case laws.
- Conference with lawyers ( Khaitan & Co.) and consultants ( Price Waterhouse & Ernst & Young ).
- Draft grounds for appeal before CIT(Appeal) and ITAT.
- Draft submissions for cases before CIT(A).
