Currently, working for Spanco Telesystems, as a customer service  associate on their US based web process. The emailing work is done on  basis of software which is directly linked to US server from which the  mails are answered by agent from India. Here are some routine tasks that  I am responsible for:

- EMAIL OPERATIONS – Replying emails by client provided templates, drafting emails if required, achieved target

- CHAT OPERATIONS - Also assisted customers through web based chat  system, maintained average handling time of just 7 minutes. Multiple  chat sessions were handled. Productivity 50-60 chats a day.
