- Joined as associate operational accoutning for only one project but after 6 month’s of joining I have been given responsibility to work for another big project.
[B]Responsibilities [/B]:
- Accomplish conference with client management and provide successful presentations.
- Make associations with clients.
- Preparation of reconciliation statements in Exell spreadheet using formulas to match the reconciliation with the funds sent by client in our account with that of bank balances.
- Need to download the bank statements timely without delaying.
- Perfoming daily reconciliation for the company’s purpose in order to save time at the time of delivery of reconciliation statements to the client at the end of the each month.
- Preparation of Monthly reconciliaiton by consolidating the whole daily reconciliaiton in order to deliver the reconciliaiton by the 10th of the following month to the client.
- If any outsatnding means if the payment is yet to be made by bank that need to be identified by and need to inform to the bank about the outstanding’s.

- Matching the issued checks ithe the payment made by bank and ensuring that the payment has correctly made by bank according to the issued.
- If any discrepency need to inform the bank immedietly in order to avoid legal notice by employees of the client to us.
- Timely download of bank statements in order from bank sites in order to check the payments and dumping those statements into an excell sheet in order to match the issued and payment amounts.
