- One year on job training as a technician apperentice from TATA MOTORS LTD Pantnagar from sep “09 to sep”10 .

[b]RESPONSIBILITIES [/b]: 
 
1 Daily production planning and prioritizing the sequence of production of TATA Ace variants.
2 Ensuring quality of weld with maintenance & monitoring weld parameters.
3 Taking corrective actions and implement in the line to avoid reoccurrence of defects.
4 Maintain SQDCME in the plant (safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, environment )
5 Man Power Planning & Shift Scheduled as per Plan.
6 Production targets in highest quality & practicable efficiencies and utilization cost, consistent management.
Participate in the development of strategic for production
training of new personnel and re-training of existing personnel
Maintain safety.
7 Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor, Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity, Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule, ensure systematic and proper running equipments for full targeted output, Responsible for Manpower planning, Handling and maintain the 5s activities on the production floor, Should have knowledge of, Poka Yoke, TPM etc.
8 Handling all production assembly & managing shift activities
Exp in Process trouble shooting / Quality improvements & utilization of 4M’s.knowledge on Lean / TPM & SPC concepts .
