[b]ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES [/b]:
- Faultfinding and rectification Of ZTE BTS and Intracom Microwave Links.
- Expansion of BTS.
- Power ON the BTS and check the status of all TRX
- Currently handling more than 120 sites. Main responsibility is to keep 99.9% uptime of all the sites.
- Working in close coordination with the switch engineer.
- Routing the E1 paths for BTS from BSC for all Cell Sites.
- Commissioning and maintenance of BTS and Microwave links.
- Performing preventive & monsoon maintenance for stable network.
- Defining and checking External alarms.
- Continue Follow up/ Meeting with my Team for effective management of preventive and corrective Maintenance of CDMA network for communication clients.
- Checking the earthing of the Equipment, power connection and creation of Alarms.
- Making the required changes for optimizing the network, e. g. changing antenna orientations, down tilting etc.

- Checking for obstacle details; that may obstruct the transmission pathof MW link as planned
- Extraction of AMSL values from SOI maps or from GPS Values.Proposing the optimum height of antenna keeping in view the height of obstacles and Clearance criteria.
- Generation and submission of LOS Survey reports.
