I, Abdul Halim, am an Architect and have over Twelve years of experience (Ten years in Kuwait) in the field of Architecture to contribute to your organization. I am holding a degree in Bachelor of Architecture and I am a certified LEED A.P.
I have worked in varied range of projects like residential, commercial, offices, religious, institutions and hotels. I have good experience in planning, designing, detailing and co-ordination with multi disciplinary teams and also can execute projects at site. I am well motivated and dedicated to my work.

Senior Architect
From March 2008 till present date – KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS, Kuwait
Projects & Responsibilities
- DAR AL DHABI, THE WINGS, ABU DHABI, a 64 storey twin tower Commercial Complex. Involved in the design developments, production of presentation drawings, liaising with clients, preparing working drawings, co-ordination of MEP services and tender submission. Reviewed, commented and applied the Design Standards submitted by consultants.
- NATION TOWERS, ABU DHABI, a 73 storey Mixed Use Development. Designed, illustrated and prepared drawings from preliminary conceptual design stage till construction documents and co-ordination of all in-house service trades. Managed and co-ordinated sub-consultant drawings & reports.
- GATE OF KUWAIT, KUWAIT, a 25 storey hotel & 60 storey Office tower building. Prepared conceptual design drawings for client presentation. Reviewed and commented the Four Seasons Hotel Design Standards and implemented them in the design. Prepared detailed working drawings for the 5 storey car park and liaising with local authorities for approval

- CROWNE PLAZA – HEALTH CLUB, KUWAIT, an extension to the main Hotel. Work includes design developments from Design stage till working drawings. Planned & co-ordinated with contractors and sub-consultants in daily site activities. Reviewed & Ensured the contractors provided shop drawings and samples on time and in conformance with project schedule and as per specifications
- AREC OFFICE HEADQUARTERS, KUWAIT, a 34 storey Office tower. Actively Participated in Design Development, Preparation of working drawings & construction documents and co-ordination with multi disciplinary services. Reviewed & commented shop drawings from contractors.
- HOLIDAY INN at Huda Complex, Salmiya. Involved in preparing interior design drawings, presentations, selection of materials and Room Refurbishments.
- EMAD BUKHAMSEEN VILLA, KUWAIT. Worked out complete design & detailing till working drawings, interior design drawings, preparation of Bill of Quantities, co-ordination and site supervision.
- BUKHAMSEEN MOSQUE at HOFUF, SAUDI ARABIA. Responsible for co-ordinating site activities, interior design developments & detail drawings for construction & site supervision.

Projects & Responsibilities
- AL DEIRA TOWER, Kuwait, a 34 storey high commercial and office building. Illustrated and prepared working drawings & construction documents, worked out details and prepared municipality drawings for approval.
- AL RAYA CENTRE, Kuwait, a 32 storey high hotel & office tower, comprising 20 storeys Marriot International Hotel, Al Raya Convention Centre and Al Raya Car Park. Involved with design developments, preparing working drawings, detail drawings and co-ordination of all services.
- KUWAIT RE-INSURANCE COMPANY OFFICE TOWER, Kuwait, a 20 storey high office tower. Work includes conceptual design developments, prepare material & presentation boards, preparing working drawings, detail drawings and co-ordination with MEP services.
- BASIC EDUCATION COLLEGE, Kuwait, a huge institutional complex comprising various departments in the field of education. Involved with drafting & detailing design developments, presentations, detail working drawings and co-ordination with other sub consultants.
- AL HUMAIDHI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, Kuwait, a 20 storey deluxe apartment complex. Effectively prepared working drawings, municipal approval drawings and liaised with local authorities.
- Mr. Nafisi Villa and Apartments, Produced detail working drawings, interior design development drawings, detailing and co-ordination.
