Designation : Network Operation Engineer(NOC engg.).
 Job Nature a) Provide technical support to VODA NOC.
 b) Give support to ECI SDH & Huawei DWDM for Vodafone -NLD 
 c) Maintain the fiber losses to thier min. level.
 d) Analyze & compare the weekly power levels.
 e) Routine alarm status monitering and rectify if any.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
a) Handle the ECI SDH & Huawei DWDM Network of all over India.
b) Network alarm monitoring and debugging the malfunctioning and misbehavior of equipment.
c) Fault Analysis.
d) Rectification of Fault.
e) Performance Monitoring.
f) Maintaining DFR (Daily Fault Report).
g) Maintaining SLA (Service Level Agreement) as per the customer commitment. 
h) Handling traffic outage of SDH & DWDM equipment at Network Operation Center in co-ordination with field engineer.
i) Technical support to field Engineers 
j) Generating outage and network availability reports.
k) Commissioning of SDH OME-6500 (Nortel) in Reliance Communication
l) Escalation of the problems to Level 2/ Level 3 technical excellence center.
m) Responsible for handling major network incidences and to maintain the SLA with customer.
n) Software upgrade in network and reconfiguration wherever is required.

1 Able to O&M work on SDH & DWDM equipements.
2 Having knowledge about SDH and DWDM .
3 Fibre Splicing.
4 Lambda termination.
5 Installation & Additions.
