2003-2006 B.Sc (Maths) from Alagappa University, Chennai, India, 2003-2006.
1996-1998 Higher secondary examination from Board of Intermediate Education,
Hyderabad, from Alfa junior college.
1995-1996 S.S.C. from Kotak Salesian School Visakhapatnam, 530023.
Experience and Responsibilities
Started my career with ICICI as Business Coordinator. (Used to deal with Loans section).
 * Interacting with customers to offer car loans.
 * Attract customers with good liabilities.
 * Dealing with banks to help customers.
Worked with Five Conserve Technologies as Customer Associate for store value Visa
Cards, (05th May 2004 to16th June 2005).
 * Dealing with customer queries on call.
 * Deputizing the line manager in the line manager’s absence
 * Motivate the team to focus on higher customer service and accuracy to achieve targets.
Worked with HSBC as Customer Service Executive (Card services) since 27th June 2005
to 13th Sept 2007.

 * Closing the tickets which are in discrepancy.
