· Assist in preparation of daily booking of the container’s with various  shipping line according to the stuffing of the exporter.
· Booking the container as per the clients stuffing schedule.
· Checking with the shipping company for regular vessel schedule.
· Handling the transport as in making a note that the container is delivered to the client on time.
· Making tentative report daily in the morning and giving it to the operation group so that they can plan for the day.
· Follow up with the clients for export documents like Invoice & Packing list.
· Processing the Invoice & Packing list in online system of customs.
· Coordinating with the operation group after processing the Invoice & Packing list.
· Preparing the loading list that is the number of container’s that are  to be loaded on a particular vessel of a shipping company on daily  basis.
· Follow up with the shipping company for container status that is the  shipped on board status & vessel sailing status & updating the  same to the clients.
· Incase of any delay of in vessel sailing the same is informed to the clients.
· Giving the delivery status to the clients that is the consignee has taken the delivery of the goods.
· Preparing draft bill of lading and sending it to the client for final bill of lading confirmation.
· Submitting the final bill online.
· Follow up with the shipping line for the first print & freight invoices.
· Sending the first print to the customer for approval.
· Confirming the freight rates on the invoice with the senior.
· Coordinating with the b/l boy’s for payment
· Releasing the b/l after the b/l is posted on the site.
· Preparing various pre shipment documents as per the requirement of the clients.
· Prepare the final statement in the evening.
· Handling customer complaints.
· Give advice to the customer if needed.
· Maintain a good relation with customer & co-workers.
· Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
