Professional Experience
- Presently working with Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Ltd. (MSPGCL), MAHAGENCO Thermal Power Station ( 250 MW x 2 sets ), Paras, Dist-Akola as Junior Engineer in Instrument and Control Maintenance Section since June 2007 to till Date. (Duration -04 years)
State Merit List Rank 6 and appointed as Junior Engineer in 1997 and selected to the post of Asst. Engineer on 5/03/2011.
- Worked with P.D.V.V.P. College Of Engineering, Ahmednagar as U.G.C. Approved Lecturer in Instrumentation and Control Department from July 1997 to June 2007. (Duration -10 years)
Vast experience in teaching Instrumentation and Control engineering subjects such as Process Instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers, Distributed Control Systems, Control Systems, Transducers, Basic Instrumentation etc.

Job Profile
- Working for the maintenance of Distributed Control System (METSO Automations max DNA DCS) based 250 MW Thermal Power Station.
- Maintaining & performing troubleshoot on instrumentation systems & equipments in facility.
- Hands-on experience in field instrumentation Installation and commissioning of various field instruments such as Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature sensors-transmitters, various type of process-switches and special type of instruments.
- Calibration, Testing & Servicing of Flow, Level, Temperature, & SMART Pressure Transmitters of various make such as Yokogawa, Rosemount, Honeywell, ABB.
- Maintenance of Field Instruments such as Control Valves, Actuators, Positioners, Position Feedback Transmitters, On/Off Valves, I-P Converters, flow -meters, Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Flue gas Analyzers, Load cell etc.
- Supporting the site engineers in all respect to perform the Instrumentation &Control activities & to commission all the Instruments successfully.
- Providing technical & functional supports to commissioning team at site.
- Providing technical support to maintenance and operation department.
- Performing root cause analysis of problems and resolve them.
- Investigating incidents and failure of instrumentation equipment and recommend changes in equipment to prevent them.
- Revising/updating maintenance procedure and asset management strategy based on
system performance reports.
- Conduct surveys at site and gather necessary information.
- Develop equipment, materials required with their specifications and sent requirements to procurement department
- Coordinate with Procurement department and ensure that products were in accordance to Quality Assurance.
- Monitors required spare parts availability and prepares/recommends purchase of new spare-parts when they reach critical level.
- Preparing material requisitions and drawings for procurement activity.
- Vendor selection, technical evaluation of vendor offers & techno-commercial
finalization.
- Technical discussions with the contractors about Instrumentation & Control activities based on the offers received from them.
- Maintaining the specifications of instrumentation and control systems for procurement of instruments in future.

- Developed maintenance & operating procedures for various instrumentation equipments.
