 I am presently working with M/s PKS Advocates and Solicitors for handling the litigation work in the capacity of an Assistant Advocate. for High Court matters. I also have a considerable experience in the drafting of various kinds of legal documents.
 WORK PROFILE-- Litigation and Non Litigation.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITY-
 LITIGATION-
- Reading case files, studying evidences collected during investigation, studying statements of witnesses.
- Attending court proceedings along with my Senior Advocates , including mentioning matters and also appearing in High Court.
- Preparing / recording letters of matters / cases, minutes of meetings.
- Preparing status reports and summary of cases.
- Preparing Compilations for Courts and Counsels.
- Attending various Courts, Commissions, Arbitrations.
- Filing Probate Petition, Suits, Notice of Motions, Chambers Summons and other related Applications.
- Drafting Plaints, Petitions, Written Statements, Chamber Summons and Affidavits in support thereof , Reply to Chamber Summons, Affidavit in Reply to Company Applications, Notice of Motions and Affidavit in support, framing of draft Issues, ,Summons for Judgment and Affidavit in support thereof, Company Petition for winding up, legal notices etc,
- Taking search in the office of High Court, Registrar of Companies / Documents, Compiling case laws for court submissions, Liasioning between the Advocate and third parties, making brief notes for Counsels and Senior Counsels.
- Taking search in the records department / office of the High Court
NON LITIGATION-
- Drafting all kinds of agreements, deeds, wills, power of attorneys, leave and licenses, agreement for sale, transfer deeds, trust deed, Agreement for Permanent Alternate Accommodation, Development Agreement, Share Transfer Agreement, Title Certificate, declaration cum indemnity, tenancy agreements etc.
- Attending the execution of the above documents at the registration Office.
- Assisting in various matters for legal opinion and research connected work.
 CURRENT SALARY- Rs 15,000/- per month .
 EXCPECTED SALARY- Rs 25,000/-per month .
