The training phase involves The entire process of speech recognition can be broadly split into two subsequent phases-the training phase and the testing phase.the creation of a database consisting of processed speech of some test words spoken by various speakers.The testing phase involves the testing of the engine with the same words spoken by different speakers (who have been or have not been part of the training phase), and the recognition rate of the engine is to be calculated.
