Thermal Systems (Hyderabad) Pvt. Ltd. - Worked as Piping Engineer with M/s. Thermal Systems (Hyderabad) Pvt. Ltd. - Worked as a Trainee Engineer with RSOS (Rajamahendri Shipping and Oil field Services) on their mechanized vessel MV SONALI which assisted the Drill ship DISCOVERER D454 at the K-G Basin near Kakinada Deep water sea Port (2002-2003). WORK PROFILE - Performing Stress Analysis/Calculations for Critical lines using CAESAR II. - Preparation of critical line list, piping stress analysis reports, Stress sketch and other technical documents. - Analysis of piping connected to Columns, Vessels, Re-boilers, Heat exchangers, Pumps, Rack lines, Flare lines, PSV’s. Etc… - Performing nozzle to shell stress calculations as per WRC 107/297 capability of Caesar II program. - Flange Leakage calculations as per ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1. - PSV discharge thrust calculations and analysis. - Design code compliance check as per ASME B31.3. - Responsible for Span calculations and Expansion loop requirements. - Preparation, reviewing and issuing of piping loading data to Civil, Structural department and coordination. - Preparing specifications and datasheets for spring hangers, Valves etc… - Support selection and spring hanger design. - Vendor drawing review. - Ensuring all calculations is checked to the appropriate level. - Stress analysis in CAESAR II -5.1 VER software for static and dynamic load cases (viz.
