Dec’08-Apr’09 with New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Muscat as Manager – Motor Claims

Highlights
- Served as In-charge of Motor Claims Department. Introduced several  control mechanisms in the department and brought the number of  outstanding claims under control.
- Played a key role in improving control mechanisms and implemented best industry practices.
- Interfaced and coordinated with the IT Department to improve the existing systems.
- Conduced allotment of surveyors on the same day of claim intimation;  for small claims, the reserves were amended on the same day; initial  reserves were kept as a constant figure.
