Work Experience
Since Jan’2005 till date working with Mysore Sugandh Agarbatti Works, as  General Manager Incense Stick (Agarbatti) manufacturing unit.
[B]Job Profile [/B]: Working as General Manager in incense stick  (Agarbatti) manufacturing unit. Initially appointed as Asst. Manager for  Sales and Marketing in 2001. In year 2002 get promoted as Manager  (Production) and from year 2005 management has given Job Responsibility  of General Manager.
[B]Job Description [/B]:
- Managing relationships with key customers ,negotiating with them on the basis of 
 Product’s cost analysis done, ultimately handling profit centre responsibility.
 
- Quality control and R n D activities
 Having acquired the skills of excellence in aromatic chemicals leading  to the development of different perfumery flavors for incense sticks and  hence launching of new brands in the market. Also laboratory set up was  done to test the currently running and newly introduced market brands. 
Manpower planning 
- Work distribution according to skills obtained, resulting in optimum  production output. and managing timely delivery and supply of goods to  customer
- Managing Raw materials 
 In the way of getting the stock has done efficiently way in terms of space and work effort utilization

A Good knowledge of Functional Point Analysis according to IFPUG  (international function point user group ISO certified) method that is  used to measure the size of software.
