Production:-
- Overall in charge of all manufacturing/production activities (CIP/  SIP/ Preparation/Process/ Packing) in the respective shifts.
- Co-ordinate with other department such as maintenance, Instrumentation  and electrical, Utility, Milk reception to execute the planning, always  maintain product case fill rate.

- Monitoring and control of processes and product quality during reparation and final packing 
- To comply to the requirements of the QMS 
- To carry out any other work assigned by the management 
- Reporting to G.M. (UHT-Aseptic Line), team leader, plant manager

- To assure quality of all UHT products 
- To check and maintain the batch as per Quality test (Package Integrity, Afflotoxin, Platform Test, 
 Antibiotics Test)

A leading Manufacture and exporter of various  dairy products and by products. This is PLC based plant handling 1.2  million lit/day milk. Which produces UHT milk- Tetra Pak (for Mother  Dairy, Nestle, Green Valley, etc.); Juices for Tropicana (USA), various  milk powder like SMP, WMP, Dairy whiteners, Casein (Acid & rennet),  lactose, whey powder etc. and Ghee, Butter, Cheese, Youghurt, Moreover  manufacturing job for Britania Industry Ltd.
