- Leading a team of Junior Engineers to identify Pipe joints, spools ,supports, etc
- Inspection of fabricated piping spools and to release for further works.
- Preparation of Line History sheets for pipe weld joints.
- Inspection of Pipe Supports.
- Hydraulic pressure test and Air pressure test for Pipes and loops..
- Piping co-ordination and erection as per P&ID’S and isometric drawings for a particular area along with ensuring safe work practices at job site.
- Execution of site fabrication and erection of rack and unit piping.
- Develop Piping Design Criteria, Specifications, Line Lists, Valve Lists, Specialty Items List
- Having knowledge of WIN-PCS & Navisworks (3D model)
- Updation of Isometric drawings in CDMS (Document management Software)
- Arrangement and presentation of Safety and Productivity tool box talks.
- Ensure implementation of HSSE policies and plans within the area of their jurisdiction.
