a) Erection, Installation and Fabrication of Cable Trays and Supports, Material inspection for using in hook up formation. Prepare fit up inspection report. Mechanical clearance, Handling Witnessed Power, Control As well As Instrument Cable Insulation & Continuity Tests...
b) Prepare Punch List For The Activity Carried Out By Construction Group And Coordination For Clearing Of All Punch Listed Items Proper Monitoring Of Impulse Hook Up, Good Knowledge of Material Class, Good Supervision of Impulse Fabrication.
c) Review Plans and Drawings In Accordance With Specifications, Codes and Standards. Familiar With The International Industry Codes And Standards Related To Intrinsically Safe System And Electrical Systems For Instrumentation.
d) Conduct Activities and Inspection in Accordance to Project Quality Assurance Manual and Quality Control Inspection Plane. Interpretation of P&ID for Erection, Installation of All Types of Instrument.
e) Distribution Panels As Well As Different Types of Junction Boxes. 
f) Handling Of Hydro Testing & Physical Testing Of Instruments
g) Plant Documentation, Manpower & Work Permit Coordination.
 
[b]JOB PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILITIES [/b]:
a) Experience in project & installation of process control instruments such as transmitters, Pressure switches, Control valves, Thermocouple, RTD’s, Level troll, I/P converters, Gauges, Orifice plates, SOV’s etc as per P&ID. Experience in tray work, frame junction box, cable testing, landing termination.
b) Study of P&ID drawing and layout, Fabrication drawing. Calibration, loop checking trouble shooting of process instruments like PT, LT, TT, FT. control valves, gauges, thermocouples, RTD’s etc
c) Facility with Instruments index, Instrumentation data sheet, wiring drawings, cable scheduling, logic drawings.
d) Co ordination with clients engineering department for solve the engineering issues.
e) Control of supervisors and workers at site, control of materials preparation of material request.
f) Get approval from client/consultant and maintenance the record for final preparation of hardware part.
g) Commissioning and start up activities.

ASSIST TO ERECTION, PRECOMISSIONING & COMISIONING ACTIVITIES;
a) Established check list before start up.
b) Check list inspection.
c) Carry out security procedures.
d) Pre installation check
e) Install all devices after testing calibration tagging.
