Scope of Work – Firm is dealing in Corporate Insolvency matters, TDSAT matters, and other civil and criminal disputes. Learned various drafting, research, arguments skills, etc. Attended various courts like Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, TDSAT, AAIFR (Appellate Authority of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction), BIFR (Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction), Debt Recovery Tribunal, CLB (Company Law Board) and other lower and Trail Courts.

Scope of Work – The firm dealt in the matters of Intellectual Property Rights, Civil and Criminal Litigations. Learned the manner of arguing in IPR matters and other matters. Attended court proceedings in District Courts, High Court and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
