We proposes a new centralized clustering method for a data collection mechanism in wireless sensor networks, which is based on network energy maps and Quality-of-Service (QoS) requirements The problem identified in existing clustering methods belongs to either centralized or distributed. In centralized method the additional cost needed by communicating the network node information and time required to solve an optimization problem. In distributed method nodes have limited knowledge about their neighborhood. Hence, clusters are not build in an optimal manner. The clustering problem is modeled as a hyper graph partitioning and its resolution is based on the Tabu Search heuristic. I consider myself familiar with COMPUTER SCIENCE Aspects.
