[b]Duties and Responsibility [/b]: - Supervision of unloading of material from transform vehicle to receive visually inspect, counting the incoming goods with checking of documents from excise point of view. - Documents of the receipt i.e. preparation of GRN in SAP and forwarding GRN to account for R.A bill pass. - Prepare report of all properties, Equipments stock on hand balance. - Individually responsible for making material receipt notes, Materials issue register Material consumption and balance register and field requisition and purchase. - Handling day to day material issue as per required by project department stock keeping on computer, keeping record at day to day material input and output. - Preparation of MIS reports at the end of the Month. - To ensure security of the building and stock. - Capable to handle central and sub store at store. - Performs other duties assigned by management.
