Much of this process improvement will result from building upon the scanning technology begin implemented through the wireless application. Order entry system (OSE) is an online application developed for SHPS.OSE web System allows registered users of SHPS to order HealthCare and HR related documents at any time. It is an ASP.NET application. OES enables users to place orders for products and also helps them to track the status of an order . OES is accessible to SHPS clients as well as SHPS Agents portal. SHPS will Collect the pertinent to the Agent and pass this information in the form of xml via portal to the OSE. This XML Schema has been developed that will consolidate the login process for Agents and it was developed using Web services.
