- Handling scheduling and completion of every medical tests of a customer. Last year handled over 1000 tests.
- To manage and co ordinate for timely delivery and ensure quick turn around of all medical reports at 100 centres across 15 locations.

- To identify Medical Service Providers in the new geographies / towns where my organization expands, short listing of Centres and performing due diligence and internal approvals for the Centre to be Empanelled as an Approved Centre for the Company. New locations also to be supported by courier services either by existing service provider to new local party to be identified to meet company standards
- Maintain records of the specific activities like Customer feedback, report movements, counter-check with operation officer for the original requirements.
- Analysis of the services provided by the medical centers as well as updating CMO about the same.
