Job Profile :
- To maintain the quality of finished and under process product as per the ISO 9001 :2008 standard(Quality Management System).
- Vendor’s development and maintaining the vendor’s material quality according as per our standard.
- Also providing maintenance to all equipments and preventive maintenance to all equipments.
- Maintaining all files & documents according the ISO standard.
- Testing of alternators of inflatable emergency lightening tower.
- Maintaining Quality, System Check, Machinery Maintenance, Production, Process Checks etc.
- To prepare daily in process quality check sheet, Inward/Outward material check sheet, preventive maintenance check list, machine card history, Quarterly Quality report and Daily Quality report.
- To maintain the calibration of all testing panel and measuring instruments.
- To prepare the final testing check sheet of inflatable emergency lightening tower.
- To assist in various Audits as well as Inspection of DGS&D, RITES, Govt. and other Private Parties.

Took one month full time vocational training in C&I Thermal Power Plant under the guidance of DGM thermal power plant, learned the process of producing electricity by coal with full electrical interphase, and studied the HVAC/HVDC transmission and generation of HVAC. Control & protections of HVAC production and operation.
B.Tech Project : “MICROCONTROLLER BASED TRAIN COLLISION PREVENTER”.
- During final year made a project on protection and prevention from collisions of trains. The project provides complete protection of trains using microcontroller AT89C52 and by using emergency braking through radio frequency signal.
- This is a new emerging technology to avoid the collisions caused by manual environmental /atmospheric condition and operational fault. This is a pre precaution to avoid the accident.
