Stacked Column (Absorber stripper combined) is 84 mts in height where as fractionator is 60 mts high & 8.4 mts in dia. This plant deals with congealing services special care must be taken to keep the dead pockets in piping system to minimum.
Reliance Industries Ltd. – Polypropylene
Process Licensor : Dow Chemicals
Capacity : 2 x 450 KTA
Location : Jamnagar, India

Responsibility : Piping Engineer
FEATURES: The plant is one of the largest propylene project (900 KTA) having 3200 Lines, 300 Equipments, 450 stress critical lines. The plant includes large bore reactor piping, HP compressor piping, and Recovery & purification units.
Responsibilities
- Worked as an Area Engineer for the Scrubber & Amine Contactor Area .
- Planning of activities for the area with the help of Lead Engineer and to assign work inputs to subordinates & designers .
- Reviewing of 3D model & checking of piping deliverables like Piping and Equipment layout, isometrics, line list w.r.t. client’s requirements, local statutory regulations, process requirements, vendor requirements, good engineering practices and correctness.
- Delivering piping MTO at different stages ( Bulk, Intermediate & Final)
- P&ID markup based on detail engineering and vendor information.
- Preparation of Nozzle orientations, support sketches
- Equipment, Piping & Support modeling in the Compressor Area & Underground Area.
- Checking & commenting of Vendor drawings.
- Interact with 3D co-ordinator, Spec./ MTO co-ordinator and lead stress engineer to support the progress within the area.
- Co-ordination with other disciplines to support the piping progress within the area.

- Isometric extraction in PDS using Isometric drawing manager, & checking of Isometrics And Yellow Line Auditing
- Co-ordination and IDC checking of Vendor drawings.
- Underground Piping Modeling with respect to the Civil Layout 
- Exposure to site conditions & activities.

Responsibilities
- Modeling of lines using Bentley Auto-Plant.
- Preparation of Bulk MTO
- Preparing Enquiry and purchase requisitions for equipments

- Review and approval of Vendor drawings and documentation.
- Co-ordination with Client, Vendor and other departments.
