From 2002 till date, I am working in Ethylene-Propylene terminal as a field operator. [b][u]DETAILS [/u][/b]: Reliance Industries Ltd. Hazira - Presently I am associated with Naphtha Cracker Tank Farm, Ethylene, propylene Cryogenic Terminal as a Field Operator - I am looking after hydrocarbon condensate, LPG, C2, C3, C4 Loading, Unloading through jetty (port) as a Field operator in shift duty. - I am well aware about floating roof tanks and conical floating roof tanks behavior while filling and emptying out. - Well knowledge about safety during ship loading. - Trouble shooting during shift and reporting to shift incharge. - SOP/SOC revision or review as per ongoing requirement. - Well aware about Permit to Work System for Cold work jobs, Hot work jobs, Vessel entry, Confine Space entry, Excavation job, Work at height. - Checking of all safety system healthy ness during shift and ensure no any ESD/TRIP/LOGIC IN bypass or override condition. If any abnormality found reporting to shift incharge and normalize it. - Naphtha receiving from SPM through 24” line via metering station to internal floating storage tank. (Total Naphtha storage capacity are 06 x 33.000 = 1,89,000 MT) - Online Hydrocarbon supply to consumer plants & internal transfer includes tanks level reading and take immediately corrective action & inform to PO&SI if any abnormality. - Emergency handling like Power failure, Instrument Air failure, Cooling water failure, Utility failure. - Loading/Unloading of Cryogenic Liquids/ Cracker related intermediates (C5 cut and condensate ) & finished products (Benzene, toluene, xylene) from ship through jetty. De-commissioning, Routine operations & shut down of different types of tanks like Floating roof, Internal floating roof, Dom roof, Cone roof & Double wall cylindrical Cryogenic tanks. - Re-liquefaction/ Refrigeration plants using Freon, Propylene. - Fundamental knowledge of process instruments. - Taken liquid samples in sample bottle, Gas sample in Bladder, liquefied gas sample in sample bomb. - Maintaining Tank pressure & Temperature by Nitrogen Blanketing using Compressors and Refrigeration.
