Cover Letter
I am a biomedical engineering graduate having 2 plus years of
experience in the medical industry in the Application end in the Industry
and as a Biomedical Engineer in the Hospital.
In the past months in L&T I have been playing the role of an
application specialist in implementing the technology imparted by the
manufacturing engineers into the domain of healthcare.
I have been into patient monitors, ECG units, electrosurgical cautery
machines, syringe pumps, defibrillators and recently into ventilators.
I have been involved in tender specifications, as a major person in
requirements of projects, and a key opinion leader. I have also been
training the new joined employees on the technical and application
ends.
These are the roles and responsibilities I have been assigned to.

Project Overview : SCADA primarily used in oil refineries and water transport in industries is now implemented in hospitals for the control and manipulation of parameters being monitored. The supervisory control is done for biological parameters like heart rate, respiration rate, ECG, EEG, evoked, BP and also for body temperature.
